Accommodation consists of four comfortable bedrooms decorated to a high standard. One room is a double, one a family room with three singles beds and two twin rooms.
All have a shower cubical, toilet and washbasin and are centrally heated with a TV and double glazing. Tea/Coffee facilities are available in each room.
There is a freeview digital TV in the residents lounge and a selection of books. Meals are served in the conservatory at the rear of the house which overlooks The Northern Pennines.
A full english breakfast is included consisting of a choice of cereals, free range eggs, butchers sausage, back bacon, fresh grilled tomatoes and mushrooms, followed by toast and jams and tea or percolated coffee. Special diets and vegetarians are also catered for. Please make your requests known on arrival
A set home cooked evening meal can be provided if pre-booked. You can pre-order a three course dinner with tea or coffee or just a main meal. All meals are freshly prepared with most of the in season vegetables coming from the organic garden.
We are not licensed but you may provide your own bottle of wine if you wish.
